The Subject

TANTRIC garnered a Platinum record with their self titled debut, featuring the single "Breakdown", a strong sophomore release (AFTER WE GO) on Maverick Records, and considerable critical acclaim saw members depart, their label change direction and the bottom drop out of their future. Not one to give up, vocalist and remaining original member Hugo Ferriera pressed on and turned it all around. The band now consists of singer Hugo Ferriera, drummer Kevin Miller (Fuel), guitarist Joe Pessia, bassist Erik Leonhardt, and a classically trained violinist Marcus Ratzenboeck.

Why Tantric?

When seeing that there wasn't a fanlisting for the band listed, I knew I wanted to nab it for myself. But I knew I didn't want to just call it a Tantric Fanlisting, and I just didn't know what to title it. The 1st single from The End Begins, entitled "Down and Out" has one line it that is just so awesome. Therefore, I named it from that line, "We Come From the Bottom and Knock it Out".

What is a Fanlisting?

According to the fanlisting network: "A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject."
